You will be required to sign these Terms and Conditions before any training can take place.

You must also hold a valid driving licence and be able to pass an eyesight test.

Valid licence = Full UK, Provisional UK or International.

Also many overseas full licences can be used in the UK.

The Instructor undertakes to train the pupil to “Test Standard” in the shortest possible time and will not promote payment for lessons that are not needed. 2. To prevent delays in getting to the next lesson please pay at the start of the session. Any trips to banks/cash machines etc. will be done during your lesson time. Lessons must be paid for on the day or in advance. No credit can be given. 3. If you recommend a friend you will be entitled to a 2 hour session free, once that person has completed 10 hours tuition. 4. You must attend all lessons totally free from alcohol and drugs. 5. If you cancel a booked lesson with less than 48 hours notice it will be charged in full. Note - this charge will not apply if the lesson can be re-scheduled into the 72 hours directly following the cancelled appointment. 6. I cannot be held responsible for postponement of lessons or tests due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the Driving Standards Agency. 7. You are not supervised when taking your driving test and therefore any traffic offences are your responsibility – the examiner is not responsible for your driving. I hereby declare that I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions of Business and agree that I have contracted with the Instructor in accordance with them.
